Yay for black and white :D

So im building a PC for an awsome friend named Joe and I need some assistance. His price limit is $1000 and that include moniter, mouse, and keyboard, he will be using this PC for gaming. The moniter resolution will be 1080p 60hz please. Thanks. (P.S. also his favorite colors are black and white so if you can do something with that, that would be great!)

Wouldn't exactly need a Z97 mobo with a locked CPU, although could do that from future upgradeability but that's most likely not going to happen.

EDIT: @TaskForce163 remember to follow your own threads and welcome to forums :P
