Must play DS games?

Rusty_Shackleford

I've had my DSI for like 5 years now and barely used it.

I know about the Phoenix Wright games and some of the Castlevania games, I'm thinking about picking them up.

I just got a DSi(getting a DS hopefully tomorrow), so I'm kinda in the same boat too lol. So far I have found Scribblenauts, Super Mario Bros, Mariokart DS, and Mario Party DS to be really fun, but the CoD's are pretty lame.

TBH while its not as bad as the Vita when it comes to games, there really aren't that many good ones. If it was a DS Lite you'd be able to play the old Gameboy Advanced games.

The Pokemon Main series games, the Mystery Dungeon ones are cool too, the first Ranger game was decent.

New Super Mario Bros, Mario Party DS, Mario vs. Donkey Kong is cool, Mario 64 was okay

Metroid Prime Hunters is cool if you are into the Metroid series (or exploring games)

Why not get a GBA SP in that case, so you can play regular GameBoy and GBC games too

I guess that works, but it just plays different. (I use PS3 controller on a GBA emulator on my PC sometimes, but it's just different from the actual game)

Cause:

I tried playing GameBoy games on my phone, but it just didn't feel right.

But.. Why would you need a DS Lite in that case :P

(By the way, that GBC is awesome! I'll probably never find it though, since I think it was US exclusive)

To play GBA and DS games on the go :P I don't play GBC games that much, but when I play them I do it on the real deal :P And yeah I love my Color so much, I got it when I was little :3. You might be able to fine one on eBay, just you might have to do international shipping.

It depends on what you're into. There are remakes of the third and fourth Final Fantasy games(I didn't really like the remake of the fourth, they changed it from turn based to their new time based system), Final Fantasy Tactics A2, Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon, Advance War:Days of Ruin and Advance Wars: Dual Strike. I hear 999 is good and that's on DS. The first Devil Survivor game is on it as well.

I'll edit this post and add more in about two hours when I can get home and look over the games I have.

Edit:

Golden Sun: Dark Dawn was fun, but I'm still waiting on the sequel. Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker is a good one. Dragon Quest Heroes Rocket Slime is really easy but enjoyable for quick or casual play. Then (hear me out), the Digimon World series is also great. It's like Pokemon, Digimon, and Dragon Quest Monsters had a threesome and out popped an amazing rpg.

I don't have any recommendations besides those that haven't already been mentioned.

You know what's easier than buying and building a brand new PC? Petty larceny!
If you're worried about getting caught, here's a trick: Only steal one part at a time. Plenty of people will call the cops because somebody stole their computer -- nobody calls the cops because they're "pretty sure the dirty-bathrobe guy from next door jacked my heat sink."

The world ends with you, Kirby Superstar Saga, Kirby Canvas Curse, Kirby Cheese Chase or whatever tf it's called. Any of the Kirby games.

All of the Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney games are AMAZING. Loved them.

MegaMan Battle Network 5 Double Team DS was great. Yoshi's Island is lots of fun on DS.

Shonen Jump: Superstars and Shonen Jump: Ultimate Stars are great games, although without a flash card I think you will only be able to play Japanese copies but I had a lot of fun with them.

You can still find flash carts around that accept micro SD cards so you can just have a huge library of games all at once.

Edit: Didn't realize that you had Phoenix Wright on your list.

Corsair 5000D / Intel Core i7 12700k / Noctua NH-D15 / MSI Z690 Pro-Wifi DDR4 / RTX 3080 Ti Founder's Edition / 16GB Crucial Ballistix 3200 MHz / EVGA SuperNova 650w / Samsung 850 Pro EVO 256GB / ADATA SX8200 Pro / MSI Mag 274QRF-QD / LG CX 55" / Logitech G-Pro Wireless

my favorite game is when you take it and throw it out of a 50 story building. Its a very high definition video too!

I like Computer Stuffs. Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it in again? Automation Expert (Bots, scripts, etc)! Add me on Xbox Live: JollyPlanet449 And on Steam!: Baxtmann Wanshow.tips is a cool place too
