27inch 1440p Monitor and 2 1080p monitors?

Is there any way I could run Nvidis Surround or have a working triple monitor setup for Sim Racing with a Center 1440p Monitor thats 27 inches, and two 1080s on each side. Will I run into any issues? Are there any monitor suggestions to pair up? I also want a thin bezel and an IPS Panel. 60hz is plenty for me. Im more worried about my center screen being crisp for Pixel Density and my Side Monitors for Peripheral Vision in a Race Car.

I also plan on Running SLI 2-Way 970s for this setup.

Mainly on iRacing, Project CARS, and Assetto Corsa for Surround gaming.

Note that they must have DisplayPort and the 1080s must also have HDMI

Why not a 21:9 1440p monitor?

I thought on that but Id rather have the much wider peripheral view/surround that triple monitor gives.

Then go 3 1080 monitors, cause it would look odd to have a weird resolution, and nvidia surround doesn't support that kind of config, unless you go with amd and eyefinity
