Best windows text editor with SFTP support

I'm looking for a text editor for Windows with SFTP support so I can work on files remotely. On my macbook I just use sshfs and then use sublime text as the editor and I'm able to do it all almost locally. I tried sshfs for Windows but have hated all the solutions and not keen to try again. For windows I'm currently using Notepad++ which has SFTP easily available so I can quickly editor and access files and this is a great example of what I'm looking for if my explanation was a little unclear. I was just curious if there's anything better that does the same job or is even just visually nicer. At the moment the things I'm working on are all C files if that sways anyone's decision. Thanks :)
