Computer Shuts Off Randomly

TheRadsterd

Ok so for the past few months, my computer would randomly shut off during counter strike only at the the time and it would instantly turn back on. But now it shuts off frequently during anything and I cant open counter strike successfully (It says fatal error). And now it takes minutes for it to turn back on. When it shuts down I have to wait for it to turn back on I cant just hit the power button and have it turn back on. I used to think it was a hardware problem but im starting to believe its a virus. Ive looked on the internet on many forums and many people say it could be my temps. But its not my gpu runs at 50 degrees and my cpu runs at 40. Ive installed 2 anti virus programs (AVG and Malwarebytes) and they both havent discovered any viruses. Please help.

The cx is generally known as a lower quality psu, that's almost definitely your problem.

what do you recommend

I'm using an EVGA Supernova G2 myself but really anything by Seasonic and a few other manufacturers. I'm not an expert on PSU's however and there are some topics on this forum that have really good recommendations.
