Problem with backplate

Hey guys,

I've been trying to put the cooler backplate on my mobo, but I'm having a problem; 4 black "things" are covering the screw holes.

Sorry for bad pic, was hurried and phone ran out of battery. Specs are https://pcpartpicker.com/p/WhyK99 -- what should I do with the backplate? The mobo is sabertooth x99
