Closed Loop vs Custom

hyper 212 evo now, and upgrade to a 280mm radiator AiO later

I dont think you can afford a custom loop based on how much youre spending on that PC

a custom loop is usually $400+

You're not overclocking get a cheap $20 air cooler

Then save up for full loop once you also get an overclockable chip

Umm you have a locked CPU and is using a motherboard that does NOT support overclocking so save your money and you the stock heatsink.

I5-4460 is not worth for water cooling IMO. I only recommend full custom water cooling for CPU and GPU witch have higher TDP. Just a CPU, AIO would be better but not for low end chips, specially non-overclock-able ones.
