Static pressure fan for h55 liquid cooler

So I had some hardware lying around, which I handed over to my brother for Free.

The parts were:

- G3258 which had a small OC to 4.5ghz

- Z97X-SLI From Gigabyte

- Corsair 2×4gb vengeance ram

- 2 × ASUS GTX 560TI in sli

- cooler master v700 psu

- h55 liquid cooler with stock corsair fans

- samsung 850 pro 240gb.

- Corsair spec 01

My brother now wants some more quiet fans instead of the stock corsair case fan and cooler fan.

He has a budget of about $15-17 for each fan And he does not want noctua's :-)

I dont feel like using cougar fans, but thanks for the comment :-)

What about those EKWB Vardars?

Ive just ordered some for my own build. But I thought to try something else for my brother build, to expand my knowledge of fans

I'd go with the Noiseblockers, though typically for this purpose you would want PWM fans. That would be the PL-PS.

Yeah, though they costs more than my brother is willing to Pay :-)

He might find them louder than he wants to listen to though.

fractal design hp-12 's should meet all the requirements and are pretty damn sexy. In fact you can mount a 140mm fan which is better in everyway (including noise) on a 120mm fan mount due to the included mounting corners. They are about 3 dollars more though.
