I WANT MOAR FANS! But no moar fan connectors...Solution?

So My Motherboard only supports 3 Fans total (excluding the CPU Cooler). I was wondering, what could I do (in an energy efficient and cheap way) to run more fans on my system without using those dastardly Y-Split Fan Cables that turn your motherboard into a fire hazard?
