Never use a PSU that comes with a case, ever... seriously! Also looks like you posted one case...

but i would try and save up a little more because you really wont be able to buy anything new thats made out of quality materials for less than 50 usd or just check around for used cases not sure if bulgaria has an equivalent to craigslist but check ebay

what mastorbinho forgot to mention is that his friend (me) has only 4gigs of ram and another 4gigs would cost around as much as the case. and since I need money for a small date with a concert - no moving out of that budget. I know that for most games 4 gigs is enough, but gta 5 stutters like the devil with a brainfreeze and i've read that 8 gigs should somwhat fix that issue. specs are amd fx 4130 4.0ghz; gtx 750ti oc; adata 4gb 1600mhz ddr3 ram

If he can't afford the price of a proper case and a PSU then he can't afford repairing the damage that will be done with the PSU that comes with either of those cases you listed.

That's not always true. Back in 2008 I bought an Antec-NSK something case that came with a very high quality Antec Earthwatts 380 power supply made by Seasonic that I had on 24/7/365 until last year when I replaced it with a 620W unit (but it still runs great). So while usually power supplies that come with cases are crap, you can still find decent ones if you're careful when shopping around.
