The Update was supposed to finish 4 hours ago, but it's still going. Anyone know what's going on?

My GPU History: GTS 250, 7790, 7850, GTX 660ti, 7870XT, 7970, 280X, 280X Crossfire, 290, 290X, Fury X, 390 Crossfire, Fury Crossfire, 1070, 1080, 1080ti.

My CPU History: Pentium 4, Pentium E5300, Core 2 Quad QX 9650, Intel Xeon 1230 v3, 4790K, 3930K, 5820K, 1700, 3700X.

It was done in 4 minutes for me, also i couldnt play it because server maintenance, which is probobly* not the reason of your slow download

Lol no the download took 20 minutes, it's the server update that was supposed to finish 4 hours ago.

and for some reason anti aliasing isnt working :/

and i cant really buy any million credit ships :(

i only got 30 hours in Elite

There's powerplay, where you pledge aligence to a leader and then go kill their enemies, missions are way more in depth, Planetary landings is coming out in a few months, High Intensity resource extraction sites now spawn criminals with bounties of over 500K, few more weapons, few more ships, and CQC (Close Quarters Combat). CQC is basically where you compete with other players to kill each other or play capture the flag, it's super fast paced and really fun, you should check the game out again, It's seriously good haha.

 

But playing with friends is way better than alone.

i dont have enough credits xD and also i think you have to be allied with empire/fed to be able to buy the imperial ship

Hazardous Extraction Sites are pretty nice, disappointed at the bounty reward from Anacondas though... 138k is nothing, I've had more from an Asp...

They're easier to kill if they have lower bounties. The way it works now is an anaconda with a 100k bounty will be easier than a viper with 150k.

Given how slow they are, my Vulture gets behind them nice and quick, never take a hit. So yeah, easy I guess. Quick money though.

Steam games often have promotional sales when they get new expansions, so you may get another chance.

 

I'd like to pick it up as well, but I also need to find a reasonably priced flight stick. That's kind of putting the barrier to entry a bit higher than I'd like at the moment.

Get the Logitech Extreme 3D Pro. It's like $35. So good.

I've been looking at the Thrustmaster T.Flight Hotas X. Separate throttle, and still fairly reasonable price.

Yeah the throttle is OK. Hotas is way better, but the Logi is cheap AF. I'm using a Saitek X52, but that's a bit out of your budget hahaha
