I want to upgrade my pc:

 

Intel Pentium G3220 3.00 ghz

Integrated Graphics

G.SKILL F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM 4GB DDR3 RIPJAWS DUAL CHANNEL 2X2

Asus H81M-C

Corsair VS350 350W

Western Digital 1 TB 7200 RPM

Rajintek Arcadia

 

I will be playing league of legends , cs go and world of warcraft...

I highly suggest, purchasing a cooler master 212 Evo and an R9 390x or 380x whatever you can afford, with the 390x being the best.  You can OC the Pentium well beyond it's weight class according to Linus and when paired with the right card, it makes for one hell of a budget system.

Put in a 950/960 or so and a cheap i5 (4460 or so) (should be 350$ or together and you can sell your old cpu)

That will let you play ultra on 1080p pretty much.

If you want to save some money in the short term only get the 950, your cpu should be enough for dota etc.

If you want to get a high end gpu like a 390x you should get another psu first, but for something like a 950 your psu is fine.
