Stock is seriously enough for 4440 (Asking coz I seriously dont know)...

Yes, it's plenty of cooling. It would be a waste to include an insufficient cooler for the cpu.

If you have a non-k processor the stock heat sink will work fine but if for some reason you need a aftermarket one get a Cryorig H7.
