Cheap Parent Build (need Sanity Check)

Zuchowski

Hey strangers,

So - Parents want a new computer and instead of them spending 2k on a mac for something they use just for FB, Emails and the odd stale "viral video" that they envitibly email me.... i offered to make them a cheap one that will last for a few years and in the end can upgrade some components to keep it alive.

Anyways, Anyone got any ideas of hardware problems with the linked partlist? (no need for monior, OS, Keyboard, Mouse Etc... just the tower.)

Thanks,

I wont plan on getting a nuc soley because i want to be able to upgrade it later down the line instead of haveing them re-invest into a new computer when... idk... it just starts getting slower EG. their current computer is an old HP from 2011 but its only got a dual core APU caped at around 3GHz but its running a 2k monitor and anytime they try to play a video or even browse the web the APU hits it maximum processing capacity. - so that was also my idea behind getting a seperate GPU - so that it wont get tasked down the line.
