Hey, I am looking for were I could get windows 10 on a USB for a new PC with nothing on it as it doesn't have a optical drive.

If you have a Windows key from Windows 7/8/8.1 you can use it to activate Windows 10 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

amazon has it.
