Just quickly wondering if anyone can see anything that could go wrong with this build, i may go for the i5-2690k instead but that shouldnt change much, physically anyway.

Its okay, ive done that too.

Now the build is great, both the i7 or i5 will get you amazing performance for gaming.  Livestreaming and video editing is more of a i7 thing.  The asus strix GPU coolers i hear are not the best on previous models but considering its newer and has an extra fan, i say the cooling will be fine.  (dont let that worry you, their coolers are fine, just not like gigabyte on previous models, i dont know much on the 980ti one).  The colors will look outstanding, may get red LED strips for the inside but it will still look awesome.

So I should change the kraken x41 to the h110 and get a cheeper mobo? Then maybe go for the i5-4690k?

If you want a red/black theme, then just change the motherboard.

H110 > X41 because bigger radiator. The i5 4690k will do for your type of use.
