PC randomly automatically restarting

Teemo4Life

Automatically restarts while playing games

I unticked the automatically restart box in he control panel advanced settings, settings but it still doesn't work.

Any suggestion and help would be appreciated!

Windows 7 ultimate, new computer

Someone said to check if it restarts when power loss but I don't know how to do that. It doesn't show up in the bios

600W psu but it's not branded like its from corsair. It's 350W for a $50 psu. Rip off. Pls don't say "the psu is bad and it's not trusted and unreliable. My friend has a 750 and g3258 and has a 305W psu that is like from an old dell computer and dosent have a brand.

Maybe it's overheating?

if you are not willing to accept a very likely scenario to why you might be having these problems then I think you are franly beyond helping.

Just because 1 no name PSU hasnt had any issue doesnt mean its a good idea to run one.

Is there any proof that it's the power supply. I'm not changing the power supply if it's not affecting anything it's pretty much a waste of money then. Anyway to know if it's a dud

I think the best is to reinstall the windows and you should buy an PSU.

Don't have a optical drive, I borrowed my friends and the Windows isn't genuine

I frankly wouldnt touch that thing with a 10 ft pole, the only way I can think to definitively know is try another psu and see if the issue comes up with one.

Then try to find on internet a new copy of windows 7 and burn it on 4Gb flahdrive (no need to be an expensive flash). When you have installed just buy an windows license on g2a.com or find an windows craker.

What does Windows have to do with this?

No it stopped restarting. I just don't play war thunder anymore.

A solution to figure out if it's the psu is to buy a consumption plug wattage thing which is a gauge that shows u how much wattage is being used. It cost like $20 so kinda expensive but can be used in more situations in the future if testing out other electrical components.

Though I haven't tried this method that's what I was thinking. Sorry :(
