Make it 3... I could use one....

Also have fun with the microstutter and reference level noise :)

Didn't you have dual 295x2s...

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

That's just stupid.

The screen tearing and stutter would not be worth it.

bro, can your case even fit 4x 3 slot cards?

Only needs 2 for quadfire with that card. Still dumb though.

If we are talking about the same level of performance, then no.

The Devil 13 has two 390X chips and uses 3 PCI-e slots.

A GTX 780 or 780Ti which was the equivalent to that at the time uses two PCI-e slots for 1 GPU, which means for the same amount of GPUs you would need 8 PCI-e slots.

But yes, the Mars for example only uses two PCI-e slots for two GPUs. Technically you're right. Just wouldn't be a fair comparison.

And apart from all that, I was just joking.

Just have to pick the right major.  I made money when getting my PhD.  Stipend, payment for TAing classes, some grants, etc.

As for the bench marking, I assume we'll once again prove you are pretty heavily into diminishing returns when doing quad linked GPUs in DX11 and developers need to get off their asses and implement it properly in DX12.
