Load balancing Router

If i buy this load balancing router: http://www.tp-link.com/en/products/details/cat-4910_TL-R470T%2B.html

Will it lock me down to only 100mbps if i would want to combine 2 80mbps connections together i would only get 100mbps because the rating of the router is 10/100?

Your network will only be as fast as the slowest device. So if that Router only has 10/100mbit ports then it can only forward up to that speed.

I've got a Cisco 2960 idk if its a managed one

Yes, you will only be able to use 100mb.

 

This device and your Cisco 2960 would both bottleneck the 160mb connection.
