AI Tweaker freezing my BIOS

Hello everyone!Recently I did an update of my MOBOs bios to the newest version because I was having some problems,MOBO is the M5A97 R 2.0,and when I did a reboot of the PC to access the bios to see if it updated correctly,it did nothing occured while I was performing it,right file right everything...so not only when I try to go to Ai Tweaker on my MOBO it freezes,it also said something about 'Overclocking failed' when I got my PC to POST!My settings were at Optimized Defaults....How can I resolve this?

Also, the Overclocking failed lead me to believe there is a probelm with some component,I did a check with MemTets for my RAM and voila! It got errors, could this be a sign of a deflective MOBO?
