The current connection issues to PSN appear to be widespread. The playstation store itself is currently undergoing maintenance according to sony. Try again later.

Well I went on my ps4 today to renew PSN but account information wont load, and when I try buy it on the psn store it continues loading and says 'an error has occured' when I test my connected it says it cannot connect to psn network, what should I do?

Make sure that your network connection is set up properly?

Go through the network configurator and make sure that everything works, then you should be able to connect to PSN.
