CPU Air Cooler Recommendations

Noyu

Backstory: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/454268-xigmatek-dark-knight-night-hawk-frostbourne-edition-wow-vs-cooler-master-hyper-212x/

I'm deciding on a CPU cooler. Budget is about 3500PhP (just assume at 46-47PhP per $) BUT,

1.) It has to be on a symmetrical P/P config. I am down to buying a CPU cooler and buying extra fans to P/P with it. Budget is inclusive of extra fan.

2.) Colors (on both fans and heatsink) should be monocromatic, but copper heatpipes are acceptable. SOOOO Noctuas are kinda banned.

3.) You can suggest liquid AIOs but some of them have color themes, which I do not like. Build is planned to be monochromatic.

4.) CPU to be cooled is overclocked G3258, but MAY upgrade to an OC'd 4790K in the future.

5.) Case is Prodigy M. I think it can support 160mm air coolers.

Current choices are,

BeQuiet Nope. unavailable.

CryOrig Nope. unavailable

Xigmatek Night Hawk Frostbourne Edition + 2 x Enermax Cluster (White) - 3450PhP

Hyper 212x + 2 x Scythe GTs 1850rpm - 3450PhP

Any more recommendations? Basically if I want to go cheaper, I would just have to find a very cheap air cooler and slap some GTs on 'em.

To give you a general idea of pricing:

1 Scythe GT = 900PhP

1 Enermax Cluster = 530PhP.

BeQuiets are complete unavailable here. It's the brand. I have no idea why this is the case
