Pioneer VSX-1124 2nd HDMI Output Audio?

After reading dozens of forums and manuals I still cannot find a definite answer to my specific situation.

I am planning out a dedicated home theater, with a game room in a room adjacent. I will have my 7.1 surround and projector set up in my theater, and an LCD tv mounted in the game room. If I plan on purchasing the vsx-1124, which of these two is possible?

 

1. Mirroring whatever is showing in my theater to the LCD TV via the second HDMI out with audio over HDMI (So the audio will play though the TV speakers too)

2. Playing a different HDMI source over HDMI to the LCD TV, again with audio over HDMI.

 

Number 1 is much more important to me, and #2 is more of a bonus. Thank you all so much!

1. Read page 94 of the owners manual. I am not sure if the audio will pass thru to your LCD TV speakers...

2. is kind of answered by page 94 becuase they are so closely related.
