On an actual note, shouldn't it be recommended to glue or crazy glue those "thing" that allow the motherbaord standoff to be screwed in at the 07:53 marker to the table to secure it from falling out of the table?

You could just as a safety precaution but since the board isn't holding the weight of the graphics card it should be enough.

But isn't it always better to be safer than sorry?

I mean what if one day you decided to drop something heavy on the table or hit the table in rage? Those little things can get loose over time if an individual does that on a constant basis?

Yeah, I would've made like a shelf of some sort just to make sure it doesn't fall into the floor.

I don't know enough about carpentry but I'm guessing it depends on how those things are designed to work. If they're designed to actually hold up stuff on a ceiling then it should be fine. Although I would've done it differently, I'm just gonna put some faith on Linus this time around considering he did housework before his NCIX days.

Unshielded PCIe riser cables, nothing is grounded, everything's just screwed to the table, there is no protective cover to protect it from you kicking it while sitting (just put a sheet of acrylic glass over it)... -_- Seriously, these things should be the basics for a build like this.

So... I was actually thinking Linus as being smart, putting the mobo facing the front of the table (for easy access to back IO, such as USB). He could just turn the GPU around and have fixed it.
