i7 5700HQ Machine_check_exception BSOD

I recently bought an MSI PE60 2QE with the new i7 5700HQ. I had to return it because every time i tried to play dota 2 the laptop would crash with a Machine_check_exception blue screen. I checked online and it seems that a number of people are having similar issues with MSI laptops and the 5700HQ. Its occurs both on windows 10 and 8.1. Does anyone know whether there are any fixes to this or whether MSI or intel will release a update to solve the problem. Otherwise i'm just going to be sent a new laptop that is going to have the exact same problem.

idk. I have the gs70 with the 5700hq in it. no problems whatsoever with it up to now
