Can anyone suggest a good monitor in the range of £120 I'd like at least a 1920x1080, i've currently found this one: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-vx228h

 

Will that receive any glare?

Looks really good, does it ever glare? and have you tried the built in speakers, are they ok?

I haven't really noticed any glare. Speakers are nothing amazing. just basic speakers. I would recommend just buying cheap speakers tho if you are not using headphones.

Monitors in my signature were both under your budget when i bought them. The benq one still is but its 60Hz not 75Hz.

I was dexiding between that Asus and Benq so i think u made a good choice :)

Connection: 200mbps / 12mbps 5Ghz wifi

If you're looking for a 60Hz, 1080p display you're much better off looking for an IPS one. They will have better colour accuracy, and maybe more importantly better viewing angles, meaning no colour shift. 

 

Maybe like the Dell S2340L for around £130: http://www.cclonline.com/product/95899/S2340L/Monitors/Dell-Studio-S2340L-23-IPS-Widescreen-LED-Monitor/MON1189/

 

I'd just avoid TN Panels at that price point for those specs, because you can get an IPS one for the same price and it will look better.

Well TN is basically the 'cheap' option, although that is becoming less and less the case now, because you can get IPS Panels for the same/similar prices. (Especially at 1080p 60Hz)

 

What IPS Panels give is better viewing angles and better colour accuracy, meaning colours will look nicer, and they wont shift as you look at the display from a non direct head on angle.
