In-Ear headset

Hey guys!
My old in ear headset just broke so now im in need of a new one, untill now i have just used these super cheap low quallity headsets, so now i decided i would try something abit more expensive, i have a budget of about 40 American dollars.

I will be using it for stuff like training, while im in public transport and watching movie on my laptop so a good one where the wire doesent break so easily.
So do you people on here have any suggestions for what i should buy?

m8, increase your budget if you can and get the Jaybird Bluebuds X. they are wireless and work over bluetooth. The sound is amazing and they have 8hr battery life.

Dont have that much money for a headset.

oh ok. The sennheiser CX 300 ii are good too.
