Good cheap 144hz Gaming monitor?

Helloo everyone,

So in a recent post by someone, I had saw that someone recommended this monitor. I just need to know, is it worth it?

http://www.newegg.com/global/uk/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009642

I want to do gaming, plus some photoshop and video editing. Also is the price for newegg uk actually £130?

Also which one would be better for the items above that I've listed, this monitor or this BenQ

I really think with your photoshop, you should should look into IPS panels, or at least TN panels which are known to have very good colour reproduction.

If u do photoshop for fun then u dont need an IPS. If u want to be serious later u can buy a proper IPS.

I dont like the bezel on that Benq monitor u posted, nor i have heard about it ever.

I think £130 is just flat currency exchange and not the actual cost in UK. Have you tried to find it on UK amazon ? Scan, overclockers, ariapc..? Dont think u want it to be shipped from USA.

If i were to buy 144hz monitor i would choose something people have good opinions about and is very well know:http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00HZF2JWA/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1441550105&sr=8-1π=SX200_QL40&keywords=benq+xl&dpPl=1&dpID=5159MUhXTYL&ref=plSrch

£190 is a bit much for me. Im a cheap ass person :D but this is the one i want to give a try before i buy G-sync monitor in next couple of years (g-sync overpriced atm)
