Help with Razer surround

I downloaded Razer Surround for my Kraken pro's yesterday. But after downloading it, there was no desktop icon. So after I closed I couldn't reopen it to do more tests or to tweak settings. I searched on the start menu and through file explorer, but even searing through Razer's program files in x86, program files, and program data. I could not find the exe. I am running windows 10, any help?

Open Razer Synapse, the Surround package is inside Synapse.
