Ultimate Loss of RAM + 12.5GB Hardware Reserved?

Hello guys, I'm here because I need help for my RAM problems...

This has been going on for a while now, and I can't fix it?

I have had a 4GB RAM stick which was working fine and then I started getting 95-100% usage on it when in reality I'm only using about 50%

So I used my 16GB of Corsair ram (2x8GB) to do a quick fix with a lot of ram

and now it's being hardware reserved by my windows (it wasn't before, but then I reinstalled Win7 and it has continues with Win10)

Stuff isn't adding up at all just look at these pictures:

Is it a program or a virus that is eating all that ram?

Also, how can I stop it from being hardware reserved?

Most likely a very potent malware program or a virus.

You are using a 32 bit version of Windows...

That's max that can be identified with 32 bit os and since you installed 32 bit Windows 7 it upgraded you to 32 bit Windows 10.

Reinstall with 64 bit Windows and all your issues will disappear.

(How can I tell? Well let's just say that if you were running 64 bit then at least one program would show up as 32 bit in your task manager...)

Is it possible to reinstall windows from the settings somewhere on W10 or do I have to do it from a USB? I do see some settings saying restore Win10, maybe you can choose between x32 and x64 or not?

Nope, since it's a different version you will have to do it via CD or usb.

Sorry
