Need a 4k IPS monitor under $500USD

Hello guys.I'm looking for a 4k IPS monitor for under $500usd. I want it to be 60hz everything else doesnt really matter. And above 27 inches if available.

The cheapest 27" 4k ips is the dell p2715Q, it's an awesome monitor, I wouldn't trade mine for anything.

Currently on NCIX US that monitor is running for $504. Was on sale last week for under $500.

I got an AMD 290X for now

 

I plan on building a whole new pc by November so thats probably when ill get the monitor, do you have a suggestion for a Graphics card? Because two 390s are very appealing
