 i don't have access to my modem login and pw but some one is always hogging the banwith and i don't know how to se who it is nor how to avoid it (btw my modem is a netgear 6200d)

Look under the modem and get the login and password,.

and how do you know someone is hogging?

the pw and login were changed and i used to have really good connection but now it's really bad during the afternoon and at night.. 

from 25-ish ping in the morning i go as high as 1000 at night.. even if all the PCs are off.

also on a wifi analyzer i saw that there was another connection other than mine on the same channel and it had the same mac adress

Call the ISP. Shut the network down. And ask for the password to be reset and everyone kicked of it. Then start it up and dont share passwords. The password should be on the modem
