No, it is not, make sure the cooler is correctly seated

Get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo.

 

It's best replacement for stock coolers.

Get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo.

 

It's best replacement for stock coolers.

My friend's 212 Evo is louder than my stock cooler.. -_-

I have it but when I tried to put it into my z97 gaming 5 it just didnt fit with the mobo holes...

That cooler is compatible with the 1150 socket.

Use at least 70% Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol with a tissue or a micro fiber Cloth.

just usage some paper towels, dont waste money on stuff if you dont have it.
