The MIR is only for $10, so it's $290 before rebate. Also comes with Phantom Pain. However, this is likely one of the 4+2 phase cards, not the 6+2 phase ones, so don't expect it to hit 1500 MHz overclocks. If you look up the photos of the cards with the coolers stripped off in the ek water blocks configurator page, all the 297x-KR cards look to be 4+2, though they don't show this specific one (2976-KR).

Not EVGA just from my experience with rebates I have never received them that's all.

My experience is I have received them 100% of the time, and I used rebates extensively in my last build.
