H97 mobo with a Unlocked CPU?

I say for gaming if you overclock the 4690K it'll be better but that ain't happening with that H97 Chipset.

Won't be doing much gaming on that build tbh (well only on low/medium settings). However rendering wise and CPU intensive tasks it would be great with a Xeon.

I'd say Xeon.

They're basically the same thing without integrated graphics, although they are clocked a bit lower.

Thanks guys! Im gonna go for the Xeon! Also, what should i get?

16GB Ram

or

The 4GB version of the GTX960

Im not gonna be playing many intensive games, only CSGO, maybe BattleField, FIfa and Project Cars.

Get the R9 380.

16 GB RAM is too much for gaming. However it is safe for the work that you listed.

You can always add RAM, while to buy an R9 380/960 4GB you'd have to sell your old one.
