What is the difference between Crossover "404K" and "404K Final"?

It appears that these are two different versions of the Crossover 404K. What is the difference?

EDIT: Looks like 404K Final has a few different inputs and a larger Vesa mount, but are there any other differences (maybe firmware, internals, or something)?
