I need help updating my bios!

Hello, i have an Acer aspire t3-100 and i need to update the bios in order for my new CPU to work with my computer, i dont know how to do this and i am afraid of breaking my pc. please help

im upgrading from a a-10 5700 to a a-10 5800 black edition

Just a little FYI, you won't notice any performance upgrades with an upgrade that small.
