tip: try doing some basic research and looking into different cameras on your own first before asking

It will be much easier to give you suggestions if you know what specifically youre looking for and not looking for rather than trying to answer a shotgun question like "what camera should I buy"

its way too general to answer....if you want a fully capable camera, get the canon 1D-x or Nikon D4 which are on a budget of around $4000-$5000 and a few K more for lenses

Photo? Video? Budget?

What do you deem as "advanced features"?

@OP

Almost any camera is "fully capable", depending on what you are expecting of course. But for a photo camera if you are looking to do a photo shoot of cars, both a low end entry level to a high end professional grade stills camera will do the job.  Because it's not the camera that does the work and shows creativity, it is the meatbag behind the camera that determines the quality of the image.

  • 3 weeks later...

To do good photos of a car, lighting is IMO alot more important, it doesn't matter how fast your autofocus, how many feature your camera has, if you can't light the car evenly for the picture. and if you live somewhere really sunny and you shoot it at noon/afternoon then you will need reflectors/diffusers, you might also need ND filters etc for that matter too.
