System NTOSKRNL.exe windows 10 memory leak?

I have this one problem with Windows 10.

I have a memory leak from System ntoskrnl process.

I tried turning off "Show me tips about Windows too.

What is happening? Help!

close all ur programs. restart ur pc. if it contunies to be over 70% then yes

I kept trying to reboot, but goes the same

I forgott how exacatly I fixed it, but when I Installed Win 8.1 on my new PC, the ram usage was constantly at 99%, I can only remember changing something small in the registry I think, but I might find the solution on the internet.
