It means that some sectors of your HDD are damaged. In both of them.

I honestly don't know if I trust crystal disk info... Let me ask you this, is your drive performing normally right now? I know people will say it COULD fail at ANY time but I'd backup right now then keep using it till it dies... just saying...

Both of them are on their way out. You should try the WD utility to verify, back up your data and RMA them as soon as possible.

im got it 4 or 5 months ago ....

and this is a wd black how it can possible get fail this soon ??

In mass production the quality control can't really be 100% accurate. Some products always slip through with issues off the bat. Some are dead to begin with and some have more minor issues. The thing with both is that latent defects can only be spotted after some use. Then there's everything that can happen to the unit in shipping, storing and installing without anyone noticing. It's by no means a WD only issue.

i ve got 1 year for this .... but ill checked with wd website and checked my worrAnty it shows i have warranty till 2020 !!!! how is that possible ??

Alright. Then it's more likely that the software you used previously simply doesn't fully support your drives. Just keep your backups as always and re-check periodically. Set a calendar reminder or something in a couple of months. Better to be safe than sorry. :D

This is why I take anything that Crystal Disk info says with a large pinch of salt
