Can i make a external gpu through m sata

hi i have a alienware 14 2013 edition and i already know ill get crap for buying alienware but inside i have a pci e for wifi and a m sata can i use a external gpu like a GTX 970 or 960 in the m sata because i need the wifi in the pci e or could i do it through thunder bolt 2 cause i have one of those to

GPU in an mSata?... you mean PCI-E, also in a laptop unless I am wrong about an Alienware 14 being the 14 inch laptop they offer.

yes its a laptop and there are 2 pci e slots 1 has the wifi card but the other is labeled m sata

thunderbolt has orders of magnitude less throughput than PCIe (17.75GB/s on PCIE 16x vs 5GB/s on Thunderbolt 3). Alienware sells an eGPU enclosure for their laptops - you're guaranteed it'll work if you use their solution.
