Help, I can't get my computer to turn on

So a bit ago I build a desktop, I just moved into a new house, during the move I took out the gpu to protect it, put it in the special box that it had come in. When we arrived in the new house everything looked fine, I plugged everything back in, turned it on all the fans go and the monitor says no signal. Please help.

take out the GPU and plug the monitor into integrated graphics
