Hey LT Forum , I am looking for a static p. fan that would be a silent but good performing upgrade over the extremely loud stock fans  , but I dont want to spend big coin , any low price but good radiator fans ? My mates recommend the EK Vardar or Noctua , but is there anything cheaper ? I will be buying 3 of them , and 60 bucks for 3 fans is a bit of a waste in my eyes , thanks :D
