Best Low End Parts?

I'm looking to do a build that basically runs games on low-med 1080p and 60fps. I want to go for a small build but honestly have no clue and I only need a few suggestions as to what CPU/GPU to use, now I'm from NZ so parts cost more basically looking for a $600 USD build but the cheaper the better!

CPU: i5-4690K @ 4.0GHz GPU: Gigabyte Gtx 970 WindForce MOBO: Gigabyte Z97 Gaming-3 CASE: Corsair Carbide 200R PSU: Corsair RM750

 

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 4GBx4  MOUSE: CM Mizar KEYBOARD: Logitec G110

A G3258 and a cheap z97 board with a 380 or 950/960 would be good

Great suggestions.

If this will by your PC for 2+ years then surely get GTX 950 or AMD equivalent which supports DX12.

If u can afford new gpu in an year then get gtx 750ti (cheaper tha 950 and ideal for your requirements) and then upgrade according to your needs.

Your Z97 mobo will also support i5 haswell refresh cpus and u will have a great gaming rig to enjoy games at full detail of u decide to upgrade the cpu :)
