I need some recommendations with camcorders in such for a gaming talk show livestream

I wish to livestream video feed from a camcorder to twitch using the camcorder to record me talking and being stupid I was hoping I could set up the camcorder to a capture card and use either OBS or the capture cards default software to live stream. I hope this answers your question. I am terrible at explaining what I think

well in this case the camcorder plus the capture device will work right,  I don't know about the happauge but many say it works so you can read more in the reviews on amazon....   

 

For obs streaming its simple to setup.... and it has gotten a lot easier than from where it once was so it should all work right

I am not experienced with live streaming or cameras so I do apologize for me not knowing certain things I should.

 

Okay so I am going to do a gaming talk show live on twitch (I do not wish to advertise I need assistance with choosing and learning how to setup live streaming with a camcorder if that is possible)

 

And I want to get a camcorder for better zoom capability and overall use for other things then just a webcam. But I have not found any useful info from any other site or topic. So here are my questions!

 

How can I stream what a camcorder records to twitch while using a program like OBS?

If I can do this what camcorder would any of you recommend?

and Will I need a capture card?

you need to get one that will be able to pass through hdmi and get a capture card with it what is your budget

I should be able to spend around 200USD on a camcorder and with a capture card will a hauppauge pvr 2 work?

Why not get a good webcam..?

I will not be so close to the camera so a camcorder I would imagine has a better zoom then a webcam since a webcam is made for someone sitting a couple of feet away from it

what way will the podcast be recorded... i want to make sure to recommend something that I know will work?

You could theoretically use a webcam and something like XSplit/OBS to stream BUT you will need a beefy PC for it.
