Could you share the project file or part of the project file with us?  I am not sure what you are trying to render, but perhaps we can help if we understood it better.

So your logo is a PNG image file you imported into AE?

Are you sure it is a black line or just an illusion that makes it look like there is a line.  You have a solid color polygon on top of a white background.

black line is the final product. its there at the final render. I tried a vector and a PNG And they both are the same

Can you post a video of your rendered output?  I am trying to replicate your problem in AE using a PNG image and white background but I don't seem to have your issues.

after pixel peeping with photoshop(zooming in till pixel by pixel is visible) it seems that there is a single line darker red before it goes brighter, might be the way AE handles the diffrence between coloured and white sections, not really sure though since I never saw it before.

May the light have your back and your ISO low.

That's what I think also.  The only way to be sure would be if the OP would share his project file, it doesn't have to be the complete file, with only the elements necessary for us to explore the error and see what is causing it.
