hi i planing to get the asus x99 e ws and a corsair 540 air cases. i planing to have a 120 raditor rear 240 top and 360 in the front all 30 mm thick. i want to water cooling all of them. the pump and reservoir combo will be EK-BAY RES Dual DDC 3.25 it will be sitting in the drive bay. there are 3 question i  want to ask. will the dual pump good enough for the following loop 120, 240, 360 rad with 2 titan x gpu and 5930k cpu and quite as well. second the reservoir and pump in vertical mount will be a problem or not. and final the board is e-atx so it will cover some of the fap that cable routing so the tubing route will be a problem or not. i have 2 3.5 hard drive so i can't sacrified the bottom of the case

For that loop even a single D5 or DDC would be suffice that loop but with side mounting make sure the unit has the pumps never run dry so the unit has the ports downwards:

Another option is to use a Small pump res combo instead or having it in the rear section of the Air 540 if spcae is limited:
