Did you enable ACHI in the BIOS? maybe need a firmware upgrade,etc drivers

dont think thats his problem my ssd is running in ide and i can hit 250mbps probly needs a driver though

I can't find a achi setting, and I can't even find drivers on their site tbh.

Intel driver resolved the issue.
