Noob Starting Metal Gear Solid V (need advice)

So, this is the first time ive ever played a Metal Gear Solid game, its 60% downloaded and im a complete noob, is there anything i should know?

I'm hoping it's way different. Metal Gear Rising was a hack and slash, MGSV is a stealth game I think

Can someone confirm an existing invert mouse Option in this Game? Negative Steam Reviews said it has none, like Ground Zero after Release. I hope thats not true, otherwise Konami can gfts.

hard to give advice, its nothing like any previous metal gear game
