Will 2GB RAM on my next phone be good enough until June 2017?

What do you use your phone for?  You corrected yourself before I made the point =( When I stress my 2GB ram phone out, it hits maybe 1.5GB - but only peaks, highest "stable" i've been able to hit was 1.2

My RAM is pretty much constantly > 75% on my One M8, don't know why, but ya. It's been running pretty slow.

I can make my RAM usage peak 1.5GB - highest stable as in stays at that point was 1.2GB

Gonna upgrade to the Z5 Compact externally (online via sites such as Carphone Warehouse) so it shouldnt come with carrier bloat such as Amazon apps and My EE as the phones are usually unlocked. On my M4 Aqua which also has 2GB RAM has 1.1-1.4GB Free due to bloatware. My dad's S5 is the same (he uses three, so it comes with no carrier bloatware except Samsung's crap)

Mine has 512MB and is still good enough for me. IMO it depends on how you use your phone.

I don't see 4GB RAM phones as the norm even in 2 years, so yeah the Z5 should be a good choice.
